In an effort to increase the value we provide to our new and existing customers, we’re now implementing the powerful Smarty Template Engine in our software. We hope to have this completed within the next 2 to 3 weeks at the latest. We discovered that there were some minor coding issues in our previous event planning template, but this new template engine upgrade will completely overwrite the old one with new, clean code.
The new layout is slightly different from the existing design and will feature a new jQuery based drop down menu for the super-fast listing of categories and other sections of the Customer Website.
This new upgrade will also facilitate multiple languages for the Customer Website! We are currently recruiting help for translations in French and Spanish, and will be adding more language packs soon.

I am looking for integrating a event ticket selling system in india. I have the following questions if you could clarify:
1. As the system will be integrated with my existing website, therefore will it be possible for you to customize the look and feel to adjust the look and feel of my site
2. We would like to see event tickets online and people will get a online ticket and not a paper copy. Is it possible from your system.
3. Who will enetr the ticket details, is it by me (as an admin) or by my users who wants to sell.
4. If you allow online ticket, then what would be the procedure that we have to follow to ensure that tickets are not sold twice (once from the agency who has requested to sell and once from us) . I am not sure how you control this
5. How will you ensure that the printed ticket is unique and nobody on their own can not create such a ticket to fraud

The system can be integrated with your existing website, as we have recently begun integrating the Smarty Template Engine which will be ready within one week (we are doing final beta testing now.)
This means you will easily be able to customize the design of the layout.
The tickets can be entered either a) by you as Administrator or b) Producers who you ask to sign up on your website.
Each ticket will be 100% unique, cannot be duplicated by the system, can be sold only once and is marked as sold in the database. Also the printed tickets have a barcode on them which a barcode scanner can read at the event. This is a secondary method of preventing any duplicates.
