We’ve now built auto-login into Events-Ticketing.com, so that when new customers attempt to buy tickets on your Customer Site they still need to register name and email address, but they are then logged in automatically and no longer have to go hunting for the email with their login details first (that email is still sent to them for any future logins, though.)
We’ve also implemented Facebook Connect so new customers can now click a “Sign in with Facebook” button on the registration page of your Customer Site and buy tickets immediately without any email registration.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to integrate new Events-Ticketing.com features into purchases that have already been installed. It’s on our wish list for the future, but we just don’t have the resources for such a major change to our system at present.
However, for existing customers, we are more than happy to email you the latest version complete with any updates. It’s up to you to then install the new version somewhere where it won’t overwrite the work you’ve done in your existing version, and then perhaps copy your events and your artwork across.
