Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing our software, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Notice Specific to Software Available
Our software is the copyrighted work of The Millar Family Trust. Use of our software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”).
Any reproduction or redistribution of the software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Software Upgrades and Support
All software upgrades are provided for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Bug fixing and trouble shooting, while rare, is available for 12 months from the software sales date.
All further software upgrades and support will be available for a fixed price set by the company at the time of request.
NOTE : If the software code is changed by the customer in any way, official support is voided, although we will provide limited support and advice on a “best effort” basis. Unfortunately we cannot support the buyer’s own customization of the software.
Non-Refundable
Once purchased, products are not refundable.
Our product is available in an online demo version, with links to it provided on the product pages. If you have not tested our demo version, please do so before you place your order to make sure that our software is right for you.
Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing it.
It is not possible for us to keep track of installation, un-installation, removing or deleting of our software on customers’ computers and hosting accounts, therefore we don’t issue refunds for our software as we have no means to ensure discontinued use after reimbursement.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE FILES THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOUR ORDER AFTER 1 WEEK. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
Fraudulent Online Transaction Claims, Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
All requests to negate charges are investigated. If a fraudulent claim is made using and unauthorized credit card, it will be reported to the appropriate credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of the credit card, negative information on the customers credit record, and possible criminal charges filed against the customer.
Delivery of Product
After placing and order via the Buy Now button, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from the PayPal gateway, generally within 15 minutes. We then manually verify all orders for authenticity. It then takes up to 24 hours for you to receive the files (for the downloaded version) or access (for the hosted version.) You can always contact us at Sales@events-ticketing.com if you have not received the files or access by then.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct, working e-mail address. If you have filed invalid e-mail address in your order due to typing error, please contact us at Sales@events-ticketing.com.
Please make sure that e-mail from Sales@events-ticketing.com is not blocked by your spam filter.
Legal Disclaimers
The information on the website content is provided “as is” with all faults and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice. The Millar Family Trust makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information. Any information about competitive products is not to be used or distribution where prohibited by law.
In no event shall The Millar Family Trust be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, or any indirect damages even if The Millar Family Trust has been informed of the possibility thereof.
THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, THE MILLAR FAMILY TRUST HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NO-INFRINGEMENT.
